Organized by the Federal Electricity and Water Authority in Ras al-Khaimah, in collaboration with the School of Zainab for Basic and Secondary Education, a workshop on the rationalization of water consumption was given by FEWA Engineer Nahid Ahmed Al Mutawa under the supervision of School of Zainab teacher, Huda Abdullah Al-Shamsi.

The workshop aimed to educate students on the importance of the rationing of water, emphasizing that it is both a religious and national duty to do so. Other issues addressed in the seminar included a study on the various sources of water available in the United Arab Emirates and the costly process of providing drinking water derived from desalinated sea water. Engineer Nahid also discussed methods of water conservation and distributed brochures and gifts to the students.
