I have purchased a fan at home which I will start after the AC is run for half an hour before sleeping. Once the AC is run for half an hour, it will cool the room and this cool air will be circulated with the help of a fan the whole night. It will give you the same feeling as if you are sleeping in a AC.

I installed a timer in my house to reduce consumption, after I get out the lights work for some time then turn off , and I put the air conditioners on automatic mode in 22 degree in summer .
