FEWA stared Payment Machine service at FEWA Office in Ajman. The service was inaugurated by Eng. Khamis AL-Noon , Executive Director of Customer Service , in the Presence of Mr.Nasir Zayed , Director of West Area ( A) and a number of Customer Service and IT Staff.
Mohammed Khalil shamsi, Director of Corporate Communication, said that " 14 machines will be deployed at various shopping centers as a first stage and the number shall be increased as necessary" . He added that " Payment machines will be made available at Safeer Mall and City center in Ajman . Lullu Center in UAQ, AL-Manar Center in RAK, Safeer Mall & Co-op Society in Dhaid, Lullu Center in Fujeirah, safer Mall in Diba m Safeer Mall & Mega Mall in Sharjah" . He stated that " in the first stage the machines will provide the service of inquiry and payment , while in the next stage other services will be included like providing statements of account and fault reporting".
