Kuwaiti Delegation Visits FEWA

A delegation from Kuwait visited Customer Care Directorate in Ajman. The delegation which included Eng. Ali Shaban, IT Director, and Eng. Ghadeer AL-Awadi, Minister's Technical Office, was received by Mr. Mohamad K. AL-Shamsi Director of Corporate Communication, Hanadi AL-Sweidi, Director of Customer Care, Iman Ali, Director of Customer applications in IT, Roweia AL-Zaher, Director Call Center, and Huda Hamadi, IT Security engineer.

The delegation toured the Center and was acquainted with Customer Care and Call Center activities. At the end of the visit, a trophy was presented to the delegation who expressed gratitude for FEWA's hospitality.
