Kuwaiti Delegation Acquainted with Criteria Comparison of the Best Practices in DEWA

A delegation from Ministry of Electricity & Water of Kuwait , escorted by FEWA delegation , visited DEWA Customer service Center in AL_Romoul area for the purpose of Criteria Comparison of the best practices in the field of Customer Service and to get acquainted with Authority's operations that apply the best practices of corporate performance.
The Kuwait delegation was headed by Eng. Ali Shaban , IT Director , Eng.Ghadeer Queidi, Ministry Technical office , while FEWA delegation was headed by Mohamad AL_Shamsi , Director of Corporate Communication , Hanadi AL_Sweidi, Director of Customer Care , Eman AL_Muheiri , Director of IT . DEWA side was represented by Adel Tamim , Services Dev. Director , Omar Sahoo, Customer Care Director , Jasim Ahmed , Director of Consumer Communication , Saleh Marzoki , Deputy Director of Customer Service Center.
During the visit , strategies of Customer Care were discussed and a presentation was made about the importance of Customers relation management in addition to achievements and services provided to Customers . Discussions also Concentrated on distinction in services provided by various departments, key performance indicators and future plans.
