  • Notify customer service staff.to input notification
  • Customer will receive SMS while electrician/ technician will receive SMS regarding the issue and location
  • Customer will receive Status notification as SMS.

  • Acknowledgement SMS will be received and electrician/ technician will receive SMS about notification and location.
