Service center and call center:

  • o Notify customer service staff to input notification.
  • o Customer will receive SMS with ticket number informing him that he/she will receive a reply within 5 days.
  • o After study and solving the problem, you will receive SMS showing status of notification and action taken

  • Application for Approving Water Supply Drawings in all cases

Correlation between Other Authorities

  • The application needs approvals from the municipalities and Ministry of Public Works according to the regulations applicable in the relevant emirate and to the application

Required Documents:

  • Land Ownership Certificate / Grant Certificate
  • Validated Land Plan
  • A letter from the municipality
  • Copy of Emirates ID
